Why are all guidelines stored under the “XY” entry in Navigator – Data?
Guidelines are always created in the currently selected work plane. The orientation of the work plane determines the plane in which the guideline is created.
With a global coordinate system, the XY, YZ, and XZ planes are available.
With a user-defined coordinate system, the UV, VW, and UW planes can be used.
