Selecting Hinge Side for Eccentrically Connected Members

In RSTAB, how can I select the side of eccentrically connected members on which the hinge is effective?

Answer:

For member hinges with the reference system related to the local member axes, the hinge is set directly on the member start or the member end. If the hinge should act directly on a node, the reference system must be related to the global axis system.
