For the Concrete Design add-on, the deformation analysis in state II has been extended for quasi-permanent design situations. The distribution coefficient Zeta is determined differentially with the beta value associated with short-term and permanent loading. Furthermore, the calculation of the distribution coefficient for long-term loading has been supplemented to take into account any areas that may already be cracked from short-term loading.
