The warning occurs when a cross section is wrongly assigned to the selected materials. If the nominal cross-section dimensions do not fall within the range specified in the material name, the warning is displayed.
For parametric massive sections, an additional warning message may appear. This is because massive cross-sections do not have nominal dimensions which are required by NDS standards for the design checks performed by the Timber design add-on.
Note: Since the parametric massive sections do not have nominal dimensions in RFEM 6, RFEM uses the actual section dimensions for the design.
When the nominal dimensions fit within the range, the warning disappears.
