As a surface load, such an input is not possible because there is no load type to make the force act locally on a projected surface. In this case, you need to use line loads. These can be loaded later according to the line rotation. The detailed procedure is shown in the video. As you can see in the video, the lines have to be integrated manually into quadrangle surfaces. Furthermore, you should check the line rotation.
