No, it is not possible. A printout report cannot be opened or managed via the COM interface. The only thing that is possible is to access the number of created printout reports via a list.
It is possible to access the report templates. This is explained in the following FAQ: FAQ 1481
However, this cannot be controlled by the COM interface of RFEM/RSTAB, but by the general Windows functionality.
