Effective Lengths

Is it possible to use Excel to modify the effective lengths in the add-on modules TIMBER Pro or STEEL EC3?

Answer:

Yes, it is possible. However, it is very important to use the correct format and the same assignment of the corresponding members in the Excel import. This works very well if you export the lengths to Excel first and then import them again. The attached video shows this process.

There are more options to change the effective lengths in the RF‑COM/RS‑COM add-on module. The add-on modules mentioned above are linked to this add-on module for RFEM 5 and RSTAB 8.
