Prestressed concrete footbridge for pedestrians and cyclists over the Jizera River in Semily.
The project focuses on the design of an alternative footbridge for pedestrians and cyclists over the Jizera River in Semily. An integrated parapet structure made of post-tensioned concrete was selected as the most suitable option. The absence of bearings and bridge abutments reduces maintenance requirements. This model is part of the Dlubal Talent program at the Czech Technical University in Prague.
