Result combinations with creation of auxiliary combinations
The figure shows a list with seven result combinations (RC1 to RC7) and the associated auxiliary combinations. The combinations RC1 to RC4 are used to determine leading actions, where the auxiliary combinations contain individual load cases (LC1/p, LC2 + LC3 + LC4, LC5, LC6 or LC7). The result combinations RC5 to RC7 are assigned to the ultimate limit state (ULS) and are composed of implicitly defined factors, for example 1.35 · RC1/p + 1.50 · RC2 + 0.75 · RC3 + 0.90 · RC4. The representation illustrates the creation of auxiliary combinations for automatic superposition according to EN 1990.
